Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.

Returns: You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Pieces must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at 12hausbeautique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as return addresses vary by piece.

Return shipping: Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Digital products: Digital downloads, including the 12 Haus Oracle Career Deck Guidebook Digital Edition, are not returnable once downloaded. If your file arrives corrupted or unusable, email us and we will replace it.

Readings and services: Readings booked through 12 Haus may be rescheduled once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are refunded in full. Once a reading has taken place, it is not refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is on its way.

Sale and final sale pieces: Pieces marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
