Shipping policy

Every 12 Haus piece is prepared just for you through our fulfillment partners, so a little patience is part of the magic.

Processing: Orders are processed and leave our partners' warehouses within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery: Most pieces are stocked in the US and arrive within 4 to 9 days of ordering. A smaller number of pieces travel from our international partners and arrive within 10 to 21 days.

Tracking: The moment your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow it home.

Delays: Weather, holidays, and carrier hiccups can stretch these windows a little. If your order ever runs more than 5 days past its estimate, reach out to us and we will make it right.
